What do I need to make PC to Phone Calls?

In order to start making PC to Phone calls, you'll need the following:
1. Access to the Internet

2. Speakers and a microphone (an integrated headset with a boom microphone is ideal)

or

3. A full-duplex sound card in your computer (if your computer is less than 10 years old, the chances are excellent that you already have a suitable sound card installed)

Once you have the above, you're ready to go. The next step is to choose a service_provider from whom you'll be able to utilise the VoIP technology.
